Technology Audit
A Technology Audit is a no charge service designed to understand a client’s needs and identifying barriers to their business. We visit the client at their location and do an audit of their current infrastructure and needs. We prepare a written report on our findings and recommendations. The client is under no obligation to enter into a service contract.
Design & Implementation
Clients who have internal IT staff may need additional help or expertise to enhance their infrastructure. Many IT departments are stretched thin by keeping things running smooth. They may not have the time or expertise to add new capabilities. BlueSteel will partner with IT departments to design and deliver new or updated solutions.
Installation & Upgrades
In our experience at BlueSteel, we have found that some clients are apprehensive about upgrading hardware or software because of the risk that something may go wrong. BlueSteel understands the need to keep the business running while new capabilities are added and can supply a range of options for making a smooth transition. We provide complete hot backups of the existing systems and can test most upgrades in isolation. When systems are stable, we schedule deployment of the new solutions.
IT Outsourcing
Many clients want to reduce their IT expense or can’t afford to have IT people on staff. BlueSteel offers IT outsourcing services and can become a client’s IT department. When working as an IT Department, BlueSteel administers the tasks of purchasing and procurement, installation, maintenance, and 24/7 support. We design solutions for a client that are cost effective and provide high levels of service and support within the constraints of the client's IT budget.
